  1. With exercise we increase blood fluid oxygen to our brain.
  2. We need to go out, and is better to do with daylight.
  3. We need to sleep between 6 - 8 hours to get the best biological process. But if we exceed that time of sleep there is gonna be a problem.
  4. We need to eat healthy food, not processed food. We
  5. We have to improve the fat content, our brain is composed by 60% of fat.
  6. Our brain has to be active, for that we need to do exercises like memorize things.
  7. Also, we need to implement creative visualization techniques, that makes that we can improve our memory and motivation.
