This is by means of an opinion poll over more than 60 countries in 30 languages. Dr. Daniel Deninson is the only person who studies culture in organization. The main idea of the study of culture is to compare competitive between countries and this consequences. In addition, culture reflex in behaviors in a global perspective. Difference between Industrial Countries and Colombia is evident.

Dr. Rafael Ricardo began a study with 60 Colombian companies compare to 60 Russian companies. The data of Colombian companies were given by students of University of Sabana. The conclusions of the study were adaptability and entrepreneur was the topics with most equality. Also, there are some fields to explore like demographic uniqueness. As well to, the base of the opinion polls was taken of perceptions of workers.
